My passion is seeing and helping people meet their goals no matter their fitness level, age or experience. I am originally from Miami, FL and went to NSU to play football and track. I opened up my first gym on Aberdeen's Main Street in 1985 and have never left the community since! I have competed in several sports ranging from body building meets, powerlifting meets, bench press meets, bike racing, team triathlons, and strong man competitions. I even did a 1/2 marathon if you can believe that. I have coached 7th grade football for 15 years and assisted with coaching high school gymnastics for 3 years. Outside of the gym some of my hobbies are fishing, hunting, biking and wood working.

I have been a group fitness instructor for over 20 years leading floor aerobics, step aerobics and cycling classes. My group fitness class goals are to have good music, and fun while exercising! I strive to give every class participant a good workout, no matter what their current level of fitness. I have competed in bike races and team triathlons. My favorite triathlon team is when it consists of a combination of my immediate family. Go Team Arampatzis! Outside of the gym I love to bike ride, fish, hunt, shoot archery league, read, and can items from our garden.

I recently graduated from Northern State University in May 2018 with a Major in Human Performance and Fitness and a minor in coaching. I also have 5 years of experience coaching youth fast pitch softball. All of my life I've had a love for sports, working out, and working with people and that is why I went into this field. My main goal as a personal trainer or a group fitness instructor is to help members and clients start feeling comfortable about who they are, if they aren't already. Outside of the gym you could find me, being outdoors hunting or fishing, burning designs/pictures into wood called pyrography, and spending time with friends and family.
